technologies, the ZETA Server Control Complex provides
the processing speed and full-speed L2 cache sizes necessary to run the

a wide range of needs, with processing speeds starting at 700 MHz to 1.7GHz and cache
sizes ranging from 256 KB to 4 MB. In addition, theZETA offers true scalability
by supporting from one to eight Pentium III

Xeon™ and soon the ITANIUM-64. Military Buyers can purchase overclocked editions up
to slightly 6.8 GHz with appropriate requisition orders. Chassis available: 4way

Service Your System Without Interrupting

Service/Cluster
Mode has been designed for clustering, allowing the internal drive array
to remain on-line while the main electronics are powered off for upgrades
and maintenance. In this mode, up to 256 Servers can continue to access the
drives through the LVDS SCSI bus and our new SCSI-160 Drive Clustering
extensions. This can apply to single volumes up to 2 Terabytes in size,
and supports Windows NT, Windows 2000 Server and Linux Server with JPL Turbo
Cluster extensions.
Lower Ownership Costs Through Manageability
To control
ownership costs, the ZETA contains a complete set of manageability features
so you can anticipate problems. For example, an Emergency Management Port
(EMP) provides remote access through a modem. Service technicians can remotely
observe critical event logs and reset or power cycle the ZETA server platform.
The ZETA's powerful on-board management controller and Intel Server Control
(ISC) management software let you monitor and control the server's temperatures
and voltages, chassis security, baseboard inventory and other hardware
functions. Management redundancy also is achieved through the ZETA's incorporation
of Inter-Chassis Management Bus (ICMB) architecture.
